Please contact us if you cannot find an answer to your question.
During a sports massage therapy session, you can expect to be asked about your medical history and any injuries or areas of concern. You will then be asked to undress to your comfort level and lie on a massage table. The therapist will use a variety of techniques, including deep tissue massage, stretching, and joint mobilisation, to address your specific needs and goals.
Sports massage therapy is generally safe for most individuals, but there are some conditions that may make it inappropriate. You should consult with your doctor before receiving sports massage therapy if you have any medical conditions or concerns.
We can help assess whether sports massage therapy is suitable for you. Open communication about your health history and specific needs is key to ensuring a safe and effective treatment.

The length of a sports massage therapy session will depend on your individual needs and the length of session booked. Our sessions typically last between 30 and 90 minutes.
After a session should stay fully hydrated and don’t do anything strenuous for 24-48 hours. We will always give tailored advice to you after a session and there may be some exercises we suggest you follow to help you.
Again it’s individual and depends on your symptoms, we will never oversell a session if you don’t need it and look to resolve problems as far as possible. We have some clients that book as and when and some that book regularly every couple of weeks for a recurring issue.
Your comfort is our priority, we would recommend lose fit clothing. The main thing is that the clothing is comfortable for you and and does not restrict movement or access to key muscle groups.
